Subcontracts Administrator

The client company is currently looking for a subcontracts administrator. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. The incumbent prepares bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions. The applicant selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. S/he negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. This position participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 10 years of related experience.
Bachelor degree
The client company is a supply chain organization and is committed to ensure satisfaction to all the internal and external customers by issuing a wide variety of fixed price, cost reimbursement and time & material purchase orders.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
