Eunice Home Eunice Home Palmdale, CA Palmdale, CA Full-time Full-time $18 an hour $18 an hour House Manager for a Level Four Facility The house manager position is responsible for the day-to-day management of a 6-bed intellectually disabled facility.
The house manager will be in charge of facilitating staff scheduling, food/storage supplies, medical/dental documentation, staff supervision, training/informing staff members, and creating incident reports.
Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent - At least 21 years of age - Must have at least 1 year of working in an Adult Residential Facility.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to and from the facility.
- Possesses Interpersonal and Intrapersonal communicative skills to lead, assist, and effectively communicate to a fully staffed group to achieve the goals of the company.
- Possesses traits in conflict resolution.
- Be a team player, assertive, and pays attention to detail.
- Must possess a high level of organizational and responsibility traits to ensure the facility is in accordance with Title XVII and Title XXII.
