Smile Dental Group Smile Dental Group Palmdale, CA Palmdale, CA Full-time Full-time $24 - $28 an hour $24 - $28 an hour Direct Dental Assistants - coordinate and delegate daily tasks and responsibilities Partner with the Office Manager and Doctors to monitor and train dental assistants Ensure back office is adequately staffed Manage infection control - Monitor sterilization Be sure patients are provided with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures Perform various office tasks as necessary Schedule Back Office staff members Perform employee evaluations Provide support for doctors Be able to delegate duties and follow-up Requirements Minimum 5 years of job-related experience preferred Salary is negotiable, bonuses, benefits Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus Knowledge of Cerac a plus Job Type:
