BILINGUAL A PLUS! WE CONDUCT BACKGROUND & CREDIT CHECK!! Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including:
collecting rent from tenants, advertising and marketing vacant apartments throughout the property, ensuring property is CLEAN, SAFE, AND ORDERLY and addressing any and all tenant inquiries.
Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as property manager (A PLUS).
Must have customer service skills.
Customer focus is very important when dealing with prospective tenants and residents.
Cash handling experience is required.
Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
