is a family owned and operated plumbing company in Palmdale.
We are looking to immediately hire a Construction Billing Coordinator.
Construction Billing Coordinator provides financial, administrative and clerical support by maintaining vendor accounts and managing all payment cycle activities.
While previous experience in construction billing is preferred, we welcome the opportunity to train a new candidate who would like to learn.
Prior experience with QuickBooks is a must.
The position is full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities Prepare estimates, preliminary notices, invoices, change orders and other project correspondences.
Set up new job accounts in house and with suppliers and insurances.
Enter all billing and payments for both customers and suppliers.
Maintain all construction project paperwork Complete other task and projects as assigned.
Assist with in payroll processing, billing and collections.
Overall office support & back up support answering phones Skills Experience in construction progress billing QuickBooks software experience a must Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be highly organized Provide excellent customer service Positive, energetic attitude Ability to multi-task Knowledge of certified payroll and labor compliance requirements a plus.
