is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with clerk/bookkeeping experience, and able to assist and process orders, purchases, shipping receiving related documents.
Must be keen on using excel.

00pm, Monday-Thursday Job
Responsibilities:
General office tasks, such as data entry, processing and filing paperwork, and reordering supplies.
Answering the phone and directing phone calls.
Processing orders.
Scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
Communicating with carriers to confirm and track shipments.
Answering customer service inquiries.
Generating sales and inventory reports.
Assisting in managing online sales platforms and in-store purchases.
Maintaining a polite and professional communication in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Keeping the office clean and organized.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
At least 5 years of experience in a relate area required.
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, punctual and reliable.
Customer service experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
