Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate product features and benefits - Basic knowledge of wireless technology and products is a plus - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory Note:
