DOE A private paperless and chartless dental practice in Palmdale/ Lancaster is looking for a treatment coordinator with excellent communication skills and very friendly attitude to fill a part time/full time position.
Must have experience with the following (5 years minimum experience is required):
1) Dental billing experience 2) Treatment posting/end of day 3) Insurance posting/follow up on denials and outstanding claims 4) Patient accounts 5) Statements 6) Treatment planning and coordinating.
7) General office duties 8) End of month procedures 9) Knowledge of EagleSoft is a MUST.
10) Patient interaction and customer relations management 11) Booking appointments 12) Keeping office organized, presentable 13) Answering phones 14) Assisting doctors with presenting treatment plans 15) Back office assistance experience not required but a plus 16) Break down of benefits.
17) Be good with computers and have experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point.
18) Bachelor's degree is a HUGE PLUS Compensation will be according to level of education and experience.
