Duties &
Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, pleadings, formal discovery requests, notices, and motions.
Calendering.
Filing court documents including summons, complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings.
Routine contact with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and attorneys.
Sort incoming mail, emails, and fax.
Perform a number of other similar or related duties which may not be specifically included within this position description, but which are consistent with the general level of the job and the responsibilities described.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience.
Salary $18 - $25 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
