United States citizenship is required.
Prior aerospace/defense experience is strongly preferred.

Administer, develop, and carry out the pick-up and delivery of varying program items in accordance with local established business and customer policies, procedures, and public law Coordinate external agency support for the safe movement of assets as required by established business policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, state DoT, and DoD requirements Manage and direct the business travel of 27 department personnel while overseeing the labor hours and expensing allocations for operations while completing multiple program requirements on or ahead of schedule Lead multidisciplinary teams to establish and safeguard the movement of items from multiple sites, suppliers, vendors, and customers for the delivery of assets within program and company target dates Act as Move Captain for critical product movements across varying modes of transport throughout CONUS Serve as consultant to management and special external spokesperson(s) for the organization on major matters pertaining to the companys policies, plans, and objectives.
Act in capacity of advisor to senior management and customers Provide timely collection, processing, and payment of vendor invoices and expenses of carrier operators, via Automated Distribution Request (ADR) system(s), SAP Concur travel, and the International Fuel Tax Association Account for total cost transactions of direct and indirect billing of over-the-road operations, invoices, safety equipment purchases, state(s) DoT, and state(s) taxation transactions Responsible for the accountability and accuracy of physical records, transportation logs, driver hours, expenses, vendor invoices, mileage statements, and company safety and training certifications Maintain functional records in support of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures REQUIRED:
