We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Coordinator to join our team.
As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes - Support the finance team in various administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
