Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our retail team At Pro Wash.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Keep reports of transactions - Answering phone calls, emails - Assist customers in locating products - Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role - Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.

, cash register, scanners, money counters) - Strong communication and time management skills - Sales experience is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Knowledge of retail math principles - Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly - Experience in car wash, sales is desirable - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is beneficial This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
